We had to wait 2 hours when we arrived as they had to clean the room for us, the room was immaculate and was cleaned everyday with clean towels if requested. The whole place was cleaned everyday, sunbeds, pool, bins, bar area, dining room in fact every area of the Hotel. Food was very good, so much to choose from and Christmas Day we had a massive Banquet with Cava. In the evening we had Champane Cocktails with the Boss and Staff.
The location was in a good area to be able to walk to the beach or to Jumbo Centre or shops, if you can't walk to the beach there is a bus running everyday, there and back. The Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, they enquired if all was ok 3 times when we first got there, I required 2 more pillows and they were there in a hour waiting for me on my bed. A lot of Germans were staying there, I was lucky because I can speak German but the entertainment was all about the Germans. There is always lots to do on the Hotel premises including shooting, volleyball, water polo.
