Friendly and efficient staff, excellent facilities including a small shop that carries all that we need for breakfast and lunch. The pool and its surroundings are clean and peaceful, with no music or pool bar but plenty of sun beds - and lots of sun! Apartment facilities are excellent, with the addition this year of large fridge/freezers to the comprehensive kitchen equipment. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning efficient (controller available for a small returnable deposit), bathroom with shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet are clean and attractive, a safe is available, operated by room key (on request) - sheets and towels are changed frequently. Access is via a short steep drive and the hotel is high above the beach of Amadores - excellent for the energetic, though taxis are readily summoned to go out to eat in the evening. There is no restaurant in the hotel, and guests either self cater completely, or take advantage of the range of restaurants available around the beach or in nearby Puerto Rico.
